You could do a striptease on your desk, and see if you hear anything from the boss' office.
Even if it isn't bugged, the government is watching you anyway. We're all being watched, it's just a fact of life.

just say, in a normal tone of voice, "my boss is a freaking @ssho.le!" you'll find out within 5 minutes, lol.
(why would your workplace be bugged? what job do you have?)
