Based upon the year so far I would do it.

I never have been a great Steven Jackson fan and Frank Gore is going to have a great year.

I would take Gore just because he is more consistant then Jackson. Jackson may get you 3 touchdowns next week but the following week he may drop the ball and only pick up 40 yards. Gore's good for at least a TD a week.

Gore is an injury risk, but SteveJack is hampered by an underperforming and oft-injured Lams line which already lost multi-Pro Bowler Orlando Pace.

I say pull the trigger and get Gore.

I'd say that's a good trade from your perspective. I think Gore will be more consistent over the year. But I don't think either of you will be ripping the other guy off. They're both top-notch backs.

Stick with Jackson. He is going to get your more yards from scrimmage (rushing and receiving yds) than Gore.

Pretty even really...personally I'd go for Gore though...see if maybe you can haggle and pull a WR3 too though!
