Money doesn't make a business.
Make a list of all the things that are your strengths. Maybe it is your skills, experience, contants or location.
Then make a list of the opportunities. What are the needs that are unmet. Maybe your neighbourhood is become more gentrified, maybe there is a new product etc etc.
Look at the competition (threats)
Look at your weaknesses.
Money won't get you far without a good business idea. Then analyse it. If you can't think of your own business ideas and see the opportunities around you (and many people can't) then your best bet is to invest it. You can find someone with a good business idea or business sense and work with them.
