Red. I don't the "coated" feeling you get in your mouth after the black licorice.

Licorice is a flavor, not a type of candy. Licorice gymp is always black. If you check the labels on the red gymp, you will see that it does NOT say "licorice".
I like the strawberry flavored gymp, which is red. I also like the licorice flavored gymp which is black. While it is hard to find, I like the apple flavored gymp, which is green. I detest the chocolate flavored gymp, which is brown.
