I'm not voting for either but if Hillary were elected I could tolerate her.. as for Barack absolutely not!
He has made it fairly obvious he is opposed to the war in Iraq, but what about entering a war with Pakistan and Iran now, immigration, the economy, why did he reauthorize the Patriot Act?
Here is some extra information People tend to not talk about when it comes to the top tier candidates:
Barack Obama
-Military action in Pakistan if we have actionable intel. (Aug 2007)
-Fact Check: Yes, Obama said invade Pakistan to get al Qaeda. (Aug 2007)
-Extend welfare and Medicaid to immigrants. (Jul 1998)
-Voted NO on declaring English as the official language of the US government. (Jun 2007)
-Voted YES on establishing a Guest Worker program. (May 2006)
-Voted YES on allowing illegal aliens to participate in Social Security. (May 2006)
-Register women for draft, but not for combat. (Jul 2007)
-Voted YES on preserving habeus corpus for Guantanamo detainees.
-Voted YES on reauthorizing the PATRIOT Act. (Mar 2006)-Opposes gay marriage; supports civil union & gay equality. (Oct 2006)
-Supports affirmative action in colleges and government. (Jul 1998)
-Explore nuclear power as part of alternative energy mix. (Jul 2007)

And the Obama bashing continues right above me. Listen, Hilary is just another politican who says whatever just to get to the top... just like the last few attempts at a leader. Doesn't anyone want change? Or you want the same 2 families to run the US for over 20 years? We are not Great Britain. If people don't see Obama is as genuine as we will probably ever see, well I dont know what to say. I guess when a country is dumb enough to not research the canidates and just pick out whose name they recognize, we will get what we deserve. Obama is the political chance we have needed for a long time. He's already started cracking down on the interest groups in Washington, just look at his last bill in the Senate for ethics and lobbying reform.

I think (as a conservative republican here, i happen to have philosophical differences with both) that obama is more capable and trustworthy than clinton. i think she knows what she's doing, and would be able to handle the office, but i get a very strong feeling listening to her speeshes and readingthe things she says that she has plans that may or may not be in the interest of the country, but are what she wants. i get the opposite feeling from obama- that he would do something or make a decision he didn't like, because he felt it was in the interest of the country. that's just a gut feeling, but i think we'd be better off without her

A lot of people have thought that for a very long time. It may be true, it would certainly be a powerful ticket. I've been hearing rumors about Gen. Wesley Clark for her VP though, and that may be an even smarter move. There's a long time to go, the field may not look the same six months from now, so it's a hard call to make.

Joe Biden is a device! And BO teamed with invoice-ary Clinton could be an unstoppable cost tag, regrettably. although, Hillary is going to contest for Democratic nomination in 2012 so...

Any ticket with Hillary on it will fail. While she has a lot of vocal supporters, she also has far more silent haters. That is why many of the higher ups in the DNC fear her getting the nomination.
They fear that Hillary on the ticket will motivate those who otherwise wouldn't vote to get out and vote JUST to vote against her. That could be a monumental failure for the DNC, on top of their Democrat-controlled Congress being in the single digit approval ratings.

I honestly feel Obama does not want to serve as Hillary's VP. I believe he feels, 'all or none."

What makes them unbeatable? I would think it would be an easy loss. Considering it is difficult for these two to agree on issues or to even get along for the long haul, I would not see them as good running mates even IF I liked either of them.
