You need a personal injury lawyer. Call one immediately. This is what they do, they get the insurance company to pay. I worked for one for years, this is what I did.

Ins companies HATE to pay. Get a lawyer. He'll get paid only if you do.

Do what i did when i was in the hospital for 5-6months due to injures from a car accidnet and the bills went sky high. Call the number(s) on the hospitlal bill(s) and make payment arrrangements that fit your budget.Explain the situration to them and let them know that you are going through a hard time and have no money pay them in full that you want to break down.and send them that with like $10-$20 more when you have to help pay of the balance the sooner the better.
some areas and towns have where you can get the hospital funds to help pay for some of it but is it ussaly when you have no medical insurance but you can sure get it a try. if you do had med inc and it could pay half dending on the area that you are from
good luck and i hope you feel better

first of all, All-state is possibly the worst insurance there is. when you get better dump them pronto. 2ndly, if you pay $5.00 a month they can do nothing, because you are trying. I paid a dentist bill that way. It took me 3 years to pay it off, but they couldn't do anything to me. Take care of your living status & stop worrying. You are ahead already because I just told you what a rotten insurance company you got. knowledge is power. stop worrying & get better. Worrying all the time is not going to help you get well. Pekin Insurance out of pekin Illinois is probably one of the better insurance companies around. Anything but All-state & state farm. good luck!.

80K in medical bills for a broken leg? Not likely.

Plus Allstate only pays the medical, they don't pay your missed wages. You would have had to get Aflac for that.
