Jim - Sorry just like you I remember the 60's, only I remember the spitting, the shouts of baby killer, a little thing called Tet, you know not everyone was doing the whole Dr. Leary free your mind thing......

The way she panders to the far left, it won't be long now. That is why she stands absolutely NO chance to be elected President.

The ad was the truth. I'm sorry if you can't deal with it, but Petraus was sent to Congress to do a hatchet job, and that's pretty much what we saw.

If you want to help the Republicans, then start advocating for a policy that makes sense. Attacking the only people telling it like it is won't help you. If you and those like you keep on like this the only thing that will happen is the Democrats will win the next election by 10 points instead of 5. MoveOn's ad was right. If pointing out the truth makes you anti-American these days, then we don't deserve to survive.

What statement, exactly, is that? Can you quote it for me?

You mean that she didn't immediately denounce the Petraus/Betray Us ad? I agree that the ad was despicable, and that General Petraus deserves our respect for his honorable military service. Hillary believes that too. But it is not her job to read and comment on every statement made by every political group out there.

It is nearly as despicable, but politics as usual, for Gulliani to twist the truth and put words into her mouth that she never said. And it is irresponsible for Americans of either party to blindly and gullibly buy into anything their particular candidate says, and repeat it as if it were gospel, regardless of what the truth really is.

People in both political parties do it, and it is wrong. We need a nation built on truth, not on lies and misrepresentations.

I'm going back to Europe if Hillary gets elected! I cannot imagine anything worse than Hillary as president except for maybe 4 more years of traitor Bush and his open border, amnesty for Illegals, throw ignacio ramos and jose compean as well as gilmer hernandez in jail while giving a drug dealer a free pass into the united states!

Hillary's answer to General Petraeus doesn't have any connection to the hippies of the 60's or the anti-war crowd of that time. She didn't do that when it was fashionable 40 years ago, why would she start now?

The majority of us in this country have stopped trusting Bush's machine when it comes to this war long ago. So has she, and kudos to her for having the guts to say so. The day we stop asking the hard questions of our leaders is the day we become a dictatorship. She was not disrespectful to Petraeus - she expressed her disagreement and her point in plain language, but not disrespectfully. It's getting tiresome to keep seeing complaints from conservatives who think she should be hung from the Washington monument because she didn't soft pedal the general. She's not the only one who is tired of being fed spin instead of cold hard truth. She has nerves of steel and the guts and determination to want to bring to light all of the truth about this war, instead of being content to accept the cherry picked and sanitized version we have been hearing from this Adminstration since long before the Petraeus report. That shows leadership to me, and she continues to convince me she is more than capable of running this country.

If that's what it takes! She will lie, scheme, say or do anything to gain power. She wants to be the dictator of socialistic ideals. She would sell the U.S. down the river in a heartbeat for personal gain. Hillary bows to foreign investors. Moveon.org is but one.

As A Person stated, that is the foundation of the crux of her ideology...the Neosocialist Utopian fantasy of one world under mescalin with the Almighty earth mother directing the vast commune of centralized mindless servitude...she's no more than a kook masquerading as a well to do barrister, savior of all the oppressed...in reality she couldn't give less a damn for anything but her megalomaniacal dream of grandeur and power.

Until the moment she has enough delegates to lock up the nomination. Then, and only then, will you see Queen Hillary the Great make a wide turn back to the center while denying she was ever caught on tape throwing red meat to the wacked-out lefties in her party.
