please help me i am a stupid guy who will never stand on my own i can just rely on smart and above-classed people in this world who will probably get way better careers than me ill do anything for you if we ever meet!

A smart person is one who, realizes their short comings and knows how to make up for it, and where to get answers he/she cannot get on their own.
So far you have done both!

Now if you ment the new vector is 30 degrees north of the West line then:

the new velocity will have 2 components:
300 sin 30 in the northerly direction = 150 km/hr
and
300 cos 30 km/hr in the westerly direction.

For the North heading, the speed changed, from 200 km/hr to 150 km/hr (a reduction of 50 km/hr)

while in the W direction, there is an increase, from 0 km/hr to 259.8 km/hr.

If the new vector is 30 degrees west of the North line then:

folloe the same steps as above but use 60 degrees every time you see 30.
