if you look at her in Alien then compare to Galaxy Quest it sure looks like she had some surgery

Her role in the Galaxy Quest tv series was that of the bossomy b0mbshell who doesn't really do anything, but is just in the series for the eye candy factor, so the props departmment must've made her racks appear larger than it was. A good push up bra and some padding usually does the trick. Besides, her uniform was pretty tight fitting.
