If you meant on land I believe it is the dingo. Those were introduced I believe. If it has to be native I believe there are some really large monitor lizards there if I'm not mistaken. Not as big as komodo dragons, but still. Ofcourse if you meant aquatic the saltwater crocodile or great white shark ofcourse.

Edit: Found more information on Australia land predators. The spotted quoll, also called a tiger quoll. It weighs about 15 pounds so monitor lizards weigh a bit more in some cases. But it is a large land carnivore. It used to be the Tasmanian Tiger, but they went extinct in the 1930's.

The perentie is the largest monitor lizard of Australia at about 33 pounds.

even if you include humans, the answer is still the salt water crocodile. It is far bigger than a human.

If you include the sea surrounding Australia, then possibly the Great White Shark is bigger.
