The world has existed for billions of years...

Every thousand years or so, people get it in their heads the world will end soon, and it always goes on...

If you don't like those answers, let's try some raw math...

If the world has been around for over 5 billion years, and we will live for no more than 150 years, what are the odds that the world will end while we are on it? Incredibly low. I believe there's a very real possibility there will be a nuclear war or nuclear holocaust within the next 200 years. However, even with all that, life on Earth will continue. We may or may not survive as humans, but there will be tons of life forms that WILL survive until the radiation subsides...and then who knows? We were all developed from lower life forms in the beginning, and when those life forms develop again after a human extinction event, they may become humans again or some other form of intelligent life able to philosophize about its beginning or end.

That's how I feel about it.

I do, because like revelations predicts there are earthquakes in one place after another, tsunami's pestilence, and much more. But at the same time the last two signs of on coming Armageddon are the true religion being banned, followed by all nations crying peace and security. Now that will never happen in this life time because America was founded on freedom of religion, so I can not see us banning a religion, and when will there really be no war or crime? When wil all the nations cry peace and security?

yes i do ... i believe that everything has an end , just like human , animals, even stars die .... and planets ... so yes, maybe the world has been here for a billion year or so .. however our math and the universe math is surely different, maybe a year here is a day in our galaxy , so we see that the world has been for billions of years and maybe the earth has a one year (galaxy time) duration ..... ???
plus, the damage we have caused to this earth , now adays if i travel to england in the winter its not that cold as it use to,and summer is really hot unlike the usual weather !!!
and if i head to middle east or the far east, they experience cold weather which is very strange for them .....
lots of animals get killed from that too.
you can see that reversing and are disordered !!
