Oh you're gonna think i'm weird..

But I read a reflexology chart once and it said to massage your big toe to sooth head pains. It works on me! haha
Maybe it's just psychosomatic.. but it worth a try!! Definitely lay down and close your eyes though. Good luck! :o)

drink a glass of water

laydown with the light's out. meaning no stimuli to the eye's or ear's.

put a cool or cold compress around your neck.

gentley massage your temples

if wearing your hair in a pony tail take it out and let your hair down

if you insist on being on the computer which isnt good for your eye's when you have a masive headache. turn down the brightness of the screen.

dont drink anymore caffine coffee caffinated tea.

try relaxing

ps i read a lot of the answer's they said coke work's that's true only if your addicted to it. if you dont drink it for a long time you go through withdrwral's which cause the headache. so i guess if your addicted to it then ya drink it

I agree; drink something with caffeine in it and your headache is guaranteed to go away. Or lie down on your back and hold a cool washcloth to your forehead.

Take several very deep breaths...SLOWLY you don't want to hyperventilate..lol.. That will get the oxygen flowing to your brain better ..I have horrible headaches.. and this fixes it just about every time...

You can also put a cold wash cloth on your forehead.. AND Sleep would help too...lol..

Lots of water.

Have you have less caffeine than usual? Try drinking a coke with a glass of water. Keep hydrated and get your caffeine. Or have some chocolate. Indulge!

best thing to do is turn out the lights and take a nap, or just try to relax in the dark, the light could be adding to the headache

You might try a cold compress on your forehead. Hey, I'm no doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

take a deep breath, hold it for 5-6 seconds, then exhale as slow as you can. you will feel your muscles being relaxed and headache getting better.

If it is a migraine headache, anything with caffeine and sugar might help.

Put a heat pad on your head.
If you don't have one, put a get a wet hot washcloth, and put that on your head. And lay down in a very dark, silent room.
