I don't know but it will be very difficult to prove that he had prior knowledge that guns would be involved. Also, it appears that a lot of the items were not legally owned by the "traders". One might see a possession of stolen property charge here as well. That would sure make things messy and open up a whole world of plea bargains.

Absolutely. He's trying to see how much he can get away with once again. He murdered his wife and Ron Goldman; he wrote the book describing exactly how it was done, now he's pushing the envelope further with this armed robbery he masterminded. There's not a doubt in my mind he's guilty. A few years in jail wouldn't make up for the murders he committed, but it might wipe that smarmy smirk off his face.

When I took my "try out" for the police department in Las Vegas one of the questions was about a weapon used in the course of a robbery. Any type of weapon, this could be a sling shot, a bow and arrow was mentioned.
One of the five men with O.J. had a gun in his waist band and, it was showing, that considers this an "armed robbery" in any terms of the word and O.J. can be held for armed robbery.
At this writing he's being held without bond and without charges but, I'm willing to bet this is what every bodies been waiting for all these years, this is the straw.

If you have the right lawyer you are not guilty of anything, how many more crimes does OJ have to commit before he pays his dues? He's begging someone to finally make him pay for what he did to Nicole

oj is guilty of a lot of things... the latest being armed robbery... but to oj, he was just retrieving items that were stolen from him - including items that didn't belong to him... what a antisocial narciscistic git.

Yes or No -- it all depends who he gets for a lawyer. and of course it also depends who will sit in the Jury or who will be the presiding "judge" in this case. My strong belief is that most people who are in the "public" view -- like being there whether the news that keep them up there is "good news or bad news". It really does not matter, as long as the headlines of major papers carry their names. This is the case of "O.J." by his initials --and people recognize it. I rest my case, I have heard enough about the "Innocent" man. Now, it is high time one hears about his "guilt". as no one man is all the time on the winning side. Hope it helps.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO WAIT UNTIL ALL OF THE FACTS ARE IN BEFORE WE JUDGE A PERSON.
EVERY TV STATION HAS THEIR OWN HYPE ON THIS MAN.
LETS WAIT UNTIL THE FACTS ARE ALL IN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. I HEARD A COMMENTATOR SAY WELL, WE WILL MAKE UP FOR THE CASE IN LA. IN OTHER WORDS HE IS BEING RETRIED FOR A CASE HE WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY. THAT IS CALLED DOUBLE JEOPARDY LEGALLY. THATS NOT RIGHT.
I HOPE HE HAS A GOOD LAWYER.
