HELP! I need somebody...?

How do I copy a picture from microsoft picture manager (aka the dumbest program ever made) onto microsoft word or powerpoint. I am im desperate need of an effective answer!

Save it to your desktop. Then copy and paste it into powerpoint or word.

Don't know if it'll work but to copy and paste I use a right mouse click. Click copy, go to where you want pix right click and paste.
