oops, I didn't know someone else asked this question like 10 mins ago LOL. I just need to know before I take either for my headache

Tylenol is safer.
I have to take OTC painkillers every day, and I was told that Tylenol Extra Strength is safer that nearly every other OTC.
Advil can be awfully rough on the body~internal bleeding mainly. Yes, other painkillers do that, too, but doctors have suggested Advil not be used too often.

I use to take Tylenol PM after standing on my legs all day, recommended by someone at work. It was great at first, then didn't seem to work as well, and made me feel worse. I switched to Advil and have taken it ever since. ADVIL.

Definitely Advil...especially the liquigels! I had a migraine yesterday...it knocked it right out!
The only way I'd say Tylenol is if it had codeine in it!
