I notice the ocean waters are becoming poisonous in Hawaii. I still swim in it. Lately, I've been getting somewhat dizzy now in swimming. I know it isn't water in my ears and this hasn't happened before.
My health is really good. What could it be?

Salmonella is going to give you severe gastric upset. You don't get it from the ocean. You have something else. If it is just getting dizzy, it has to do with your ears. Have you had the wax cleaned from your ears. If there are presure changes in the ear drum, that could do it.

It could also be a lack of hydration in your system.

Mercury poisoning?

I really don't know if it could be salmonella -- I'd think the salt kind of would prevent an active bacterial infection, and besides, salmonella is mostly a Serious Danger to people with weakened immune systems.

Go get a check-up, and rule out any silent diseases that could be causing this. If you are judged healthy, but you still get dizzy after swimming, maybe it'd be best to stop. It could be ANYTHING, but it would make sense to eliminate the things you think are causing it first.

Good luck! (I've been getting dizzy lately when I get out of a car -- I think sitting for long periods combined with a sudden movement sends my blood rushing around in weird ways. I should go get a check-up too, but I'm a little afraid to.)

The Body Shop's blue corn scrub mask is really good - it deep cleanses and you can exfoliate as well using the corn grains. If you've got very sensitive skin though, you might find it too strong. The Body Shop also make a peel-off mask with tea tree - you just use it on your nose but it's good if you've got blackheads. Montagne Jeunesse (I think that's the right spelling) also make individual packets of face masks for all types of skin problems

No ,you can`t get Salmonella from the ocean, cos Salmon only live in the rivermouths, not the ocean.
If you are getting dizzy when swimming , try not to swim round in circles, or maybe stop smoking whatever you are smoking , and send some to me...sounds good stuff.

I guess it's possible because I went fishing on the pier one time and I realed in a whole oven stuffer roaster ( raw chicken). I guess someone had used it for shark bait but all the men on the pier teased me without mercy.
