I'd go with Ivy Y..........myself!
I know alternative spellings are big right now, but Ivy just looks best as what it is - Ivy! Ivey, Ivie or Ivi don't seem to enhance the name any better!

Ivy!
I don't care for any of the creative spellings. The main problem is that Ivy is a plant, so it just looks misspelled any other way. Ivy Yates (or whatever) looks fine. One's a capital letter, the other isn't, and they don't look especially awkward together.

Ivy. Not Ivie, it looks like I- Vye that's not pretty, and people would always mispronounce it. Same with Ivey ( I-vay) and Ivi (I-vye, like the first one). Ivy or maybe Ivee, because it's more unique! Good luck, it'll be pretty no matter what it is!

I have a friend with the name spelled Ivy and that is my preference. I don't really care for the three options you presented...eye-vay (Ivey), eye-vi -long I sound (Ivie/Ivi)...sorry!

Gotta be Ivy. If you're afraid Ivy Ysidro (or whatever last name you have) looks silly, give her a cute middle name. Ivy Michelle Ysidro on a birth announcement wouldn't look too Y-heavy at all, for example.

I would go with the standard spelling, Ivy. The other spellings would be difficult for other people to figure out. My name has multiple possible spellings, and I HATE having to spell my name for people all the time.

Ivy. What's up with these misspellings of names? (Mine is French, and a pseudonym at that, if you're wondering.)
It would look/sound fine to have Ivy Yorgason or whatever, because they are different sounds (ee and yuh).
