Why run to Canada? So many other places to go.
Find family and friends to take you in during this emotional time. Find a support group, a fantastic lawyer and take him to the cleaners... for all you can get. Be strong on this one.
Are children in the picture?
Don't panic. If after you've had time to contact a lawyer, then decide on what direction you want to go and where.

There is a process in these matters.
Consult the appropriate people, eg, lawyer, family, friends, social services.
Don't just run away, you may find this very difficult.
Can you get a transfer in your job.
Many things to consider.
So your husband is seeing someone else, don't be in a hurry to escape.
Why should you, you are only running away from your pain, and this may not be the best idea in the long run.
Unless you actually do want to live in Canada, but don't make it about your husband and his mistress.
You still have the same rights you had before he had a mistress.

Your question is not really clear. I assume you live in the US and are a US citizen. Are you already divorced, because you say husband not ex-husband.
As for Canada, if you are a US citizen you would have to apply to immigrate. I am not an expert, some friends moved there from other countries, it took years.
Maybe just move to some other area of the US.

I'm not sure what exactly your question is, but obviously your husband is being unfaithful. You need to do what's best for you, and it probably doesn't include him. It's time to move on without him. Talk to a lawyer. Take care.

Leave and take care of your emotions.
Time, time, time, time..........
You can't run away from yourself even if you move to Canada ( great country to live in by the way).
Get help. It is not a shame to be divorced.
Take care. Peace.

The best escape is to live YOUR life the best you can. Living well is the best revenge - remember that every day. Screw him and her. Live better - you deserve better.

You don't really give enough info. Are you saying you want to immigrate to Canada? You should go to their website
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
If that's what you're saying.
