I get louder as I get closer to losing control, so I would vote for the as when they should be afraid.

I suppose that I may be somewhat peculiar in this area !!
I have a strong tendency to get VERY loud and straight forward AS I come to anger -- but -- when all is lost -- the switch gets tripped and ---- dead silence --- my closest associates call it --- the white heat !!
I see the "loud" thing as my --- tossing up red flags as warnings to folks to back off, leave, or get prepared for Hell !!
When that doesn't work -- I just simply settle into the Zone and then is when it is best to simply make room -- you're going to need it !!

Both! When I get loud, you have REALLY made me angry. But I've been known to pick things up / swing on you when I'm silent...

This is all me here...
If I get loud; I want to let you know why and what you need to do to make me feel better.
If I get quiet; I am pretty much thinking of someway to piss you off back at some point and time.
Your questions is asking for someone to make a general statement on the population which is impossible to do.

I don't get mad that much, but I've been told I'm quite the brooder and when I'm silent and sullen, it makes my friends nervous. If I yell, I really feel bad about it later, so quiet and grumpy is probably how I'd best describe it. But again, I don't fly off the handle, much.

With me you'll see it in my eyes, Dolls eyes, Lifeless, the kinda of eyes that make the hair stand up on the back of your neck. Oh I'm quite at first,but be afraid, very afraid, for I'm to unleash hells fury and wrath upon thee. Thunder, shall wake the heavens, birds will take flight and you will know my anger, The blast of a volcano, will whimper in my presence. I really don't know I never get mad. Must come from not having children.

i think someone should be scarred when silent because you just don't know if i am bi-polar or not. being loud that really would not worry me because all i am doing is letting steam out that is it just blurring things out from the mouth don't mean anything by it
