I've been looking for a website for the last 40 minutes that has a car that I can choose the color and color of the rims and things like that. I have a car and need to choose what color I want the things on it to be. I found a site like this a year or so ago but I just can't now.

If it is a new car you can go the car manufacturer website and "build" one.
EDMUNDS.COM is a good car website
The customizing of rims...hmmm I'd try tire websites.
