What information I found
If you have a mole or freckle on your hand it means
an abundance of almost everything health, wealth, happiness usually a lot of talent. Being on your life line I would say the same with your life : )

It means that you have more pigment on that spot than the rest of your palm.
And that's about it darlin, nothing in it at all that means anything significant.
