= (63 / 4) x (4 / 7)
= 63 / 7
= 9

15 3/4 divide by 1 3/4
= 63/7 divide by 7/4
=63/7 x 4/7
=63/7
=9 (Answer)

Ok first take both fractions and turn them into improper numbers

63/4 divided by 7/4

Then you flip the second number and multiply across.
63/4 * 4/7
So it would be 252/28

Then you simplify the two by dividing.

The answer is 9.
