what's the name of this song?

I saw a music video for it where they've got like a model united nations and it says la di da quite a bit. it's a bit of a slam on America, and I want to say that it's by green day (but don't quote me on that one). I watched it and forgot to write down the name and now I really want to hear it again! help is much appreciated!
