No. There's no such thing as an ESN card. It's basically the serial number and is what is used to activate CDMA, TDMA and AMPS phones. Changing the ESN number of a phone is illegal.

There is no ESN "card". ESN stands for electronic serial number and is just that, a serial number. Its set to the phone and can't be changed or replaced on that phone.

Theoreticaly you can "clone" the ESN of one phone to another but thats highly illegal.

esn can be transfeered from one phone to another. cost is usually $15 or $20 but on line can be free
