Well never really cared to do a google search on saggy boy pants... but hey that is just me.

Whatever the original meaning of it, its simply become the style of the times. It's not like it's new. I mean, come on, that style of baggy, sagging pants has been around since the early 1990's. It's just like in the 1970's when guys wore tight pants. Now the style has shifted and loose pants are in. Clothing styles don't have to make sense.
Although, thinking about it, maybe (I'm just theorizing)... maybe the style is based on poor kids having to wear hand-me-down clothes from their older brother that were too big for them. That might be where the whole loose,baggy clothes style came from, since it did originate as a black/rap culture style.

And what percentage of young folk do you think know that? Do you think they're like in preparation for something>what?...I did not know that; never the less, my opinion remains unfavorable of that fashion style...
