Hey, most of the time I do...more when others are around. Depends on the situation though, sometimes it's tough to do so.

sometimes i manage a weak smile to try and hid my true feelings from others, but when im down in my deep dark tunnel, then the answer is no, there is no way i can smile at all.

Yes, I do. I work with the public. It really hard not to smile at the customers. I feel that no matter how down I feel, I should never let my customers know how I feel. It is very important to me to make them feel welcome. I want them to be smiling when they leave. I do not want them to feel like how I am feeling.

yes is an automatic reaction, I hate seeing people feel sorry for me, so I smile to let them know everything is okay even if its a lie. I do it so much I can't stop sometimes.

well i don't smile like I'm happy but i cant keep a straight face even if I'm really sad. I'm amused easily so i laugh a lot even if i don't want to.

Yes, because I am always trying to make sure I don't bring others down and want to make sure others are happy. I am not good at sharing my feelings either. Most won't know I am down until they really get to know me.

Yes, I do. I have a chronic illness where I am in pain every single day but I can't and won't let that keep me down.
