Im talking bout people who are signed.. but shouldnt be rapping

Roscoe P. Coldchain... Is whack!!! He is signed to Startrak w/ Pharrell and Clipse, etc.
Every song ive ever heard from his is garbage, he doesnt even rap with the beat
MC Chris gets 2nd for sounding like a 10 yr old girl

There's allot of rappers that I think are just lame. The top lame rapper of now is Jibbs, because he's just pathetic. I give him credit rapping with Chamillonaire, but "Does Your Chain Low" it's just wack.
