I got the depo shot 5 months ago. i didnt go back to get the other one cause it always made me sick.. Lately i have had a white discharge with blood in it when i go to the bathroom, and it doesnt smell to good. do you think its from the depo shot??

No. This not a side effect of the depo shot, which by now has already worked it's way out of your system. This sounds like an infection that has caused internal irritation causing the blood tinged discharge.
A foul odor is normally indicative of a bacterial infection. (Yeast is typically thick and has a slight musk type odor but not outwardly foul) There is no over the counter treatment available for bacterial infections so you will need to see a physician for diagnosis and treatment.

if it's white and smells it could be an infection. puss or discharge from that will smell bad.
call your dr and get in to get checked.
if you aren't planning on being a mom for a few years try an iud.
or ask your dr about alternative long term birth control
