Everything on Earth is connected and interdependent in some way. If there weren't any animals that ate refuse, the garbage humans create would be miles thick on the Earth. If there weren't any predators vermin would eat all of our food supplies. If there weren't any birds, bats, toads, lizards and other insectovores, insects would eat all our food, spread diseases and generally make our lives miserable. Every time a species dies out, something is missing from the cycle of life.

An important aspect of large number of types of life on earth is food chain and population control. Everything on Earth is connected and interdependent in some way. If there were no any animals that ate vegetables, the garbage humans created would spoil the environment on the Earth. If there were not any predators vermin would eat all of our food supplies. If there were not any birds and other insectivores, insects would eat all our food, spread diseases and generally make our lives miserable. Every time a species dies out, something is missing from the cycle of life. In short all these lives control each others population and food chain.

Someone has already told that everything in Earth is interdependent. It is true. They have been created to destroy. As you know food chain, they are there to eat other animals who are herbivores. In turn, when they die, they are food for vultures or their nutrients helps in nourishment of plants.

Wild animals too have much significance. Their skin helps in making coats, boots etc.which are more costlier than other materials. But nowadays, some wild animals are protected so as to maintain the natural food chain.
