Obviously, somebody but alone. If a somebody, you can certainly change conditions and find love, soon enough. Maybe the nobody who is loved on the other hand, might one day lose his or her love. But then, you haven't really defined what you mean by a 'nobody' and a 'somebody.' A nobody in my opinion is someone who is 'shallow minded,' while a somebody is someone who is 'wise.' Many celebrities who are thought of highly, as 'somebodies,' are extremely shallow minded, and who really knows the wise man or woman, who lives somewhere in a village in Mongolia, or Tibet, or your own home town, who appears to be a 'nobody.' It is possible to be wise, and be a nobody.

I was somebody even when I was nobody. Being loved is irrelevant if you're not loved for who you truly are. Happily, I am loved by several people who know who I am. I'm a writer, so I'm often alone. It's my choice.

when one is really loved....then they are somebody. The trick is to knowing if one is truly loved. I spent years of my life trying to be the somebody my ex wanted me to be, only to find he wanted somebody else.
no body loves nobody.
Currently I am somebody, for I have done something. I feel powerful, even though I choose to be alone, quite possibly the rest of my life.

Some of us can live without love, some of us can live without fame. Love never dies. Fame disappears overnight. There is a poem (I have had too much wine to remember who wrote it) that says "love is as strong as death".
In ancient Rome when a hero returned from the wars and had his "ticker tape parade" through the streets a Rome, a slave accompanied him in the chariot to whisper in his ear "all fame is fleeting." In 30 years there will be about as many people who remember Britney Speers, Brad Pitt and Hannah Montana as remember Pola Negri, Gloria Swanson and Rudolph Valentino (human bombshells from the silent movie days).

I am "somebody", yet alone and unloved. As a "nobody" I could be no less.

If you are loved you would not be "nobody" because some one cares about you.
