Was he framed again?? Is it because of the color of his skin that he has been accused of another crime??

Stop making this about race and look at the facts. The world isn't after O.J. because of his race. O.J. thinks he can get away with anything since he got away with murder. One can only hope he won't get off this time and will serve time for his crimes.

He will go to trial in District Court in Clark County Nevada. He will have a trial by jury. And the jury will be fair and impartial. Any out-of-town lawyer who comes into town here and tries to bamboozle a judge or jury doesn't stand a chance. Leslie Abrams defended some young punk who killed a seven-year-old girl in the bathroom of a casino in Primm, Nevada (on the Nevada-California border). after he sexually molested her. She was prepared to go to trial and attempt to get this guy off. Then she took a look at the jury she helped select. Seems the majority were retired military or the relatives of active duty military. The next day she arranged a plea deal. But, the guy is doing life with parole (that's what you can get here for sexual molestation of a minor).
Simpson's problem is that the offenses he's been charged with are all connected to the use of a deadly weapon. We're kind of quirky here. It's an "open carry" state. But, you use a deadly weapon in commission of a crime and your sentence is doubled. It's also a non-parole crime. So, you have to do at least 80% of your sentence before you are eligible to be placed on probation. Since he faces 4 to 20 years for just two of the charges, you can double that alone to 8 to 40 years.
Simply put, we're not the Peoples' Republic of California. In Nevada we are still the old West.

All he has to do is get Alfred Sharpton and Jesse Jackson to rally his case. To these two so called "reverends" a black person can never ever ever commit a crime. Even if they do commit a crime then some white guy must have framed them.
OJ is a murderer who got away with it, exactly because of the color of his skin and his "jock:" status.

Oh get a grip, OJ will not beat this. If you think about it, he did not beat the other crime, His life is miserable and sinking fast.
