Please show a DETAILED process of how to simplify this exponent... since i dont quite understand how to do it.

note: ^9 = 'to the power of 9'. therefore, 4^9 means 4 to the power of 9, etc.

4a^7 * b^-9 * c^-3

(4*a^7 * b^-9 * c^-3) / (3*a^6 * b^-2 * c^8)
= (4*a * b^-9 * c^-3) / (3 * b^-2 * c^8)
= (4*a * b^-7 * c^-3) / (3 * c^8)
= (4*a * b^-7) / (3 * c^11)
= (4*a) / (3 * b^7 * c^11)
