You need to file a report with Western Union over this.

Nope ,
That is why eBay and everyone warns NOT to use Western Union .
( all the scam rip-off guys do Western Union )

How did they take it? I think you gave it to them, if so, no way you can get it back. It's irreversible and WU has NEVER helped the 'victim' get their money back.
