difficult to answer .to many enlightening is a daily event noticed after experiences at the end of the day!

It is not that easy, but I have spent 19 years studying Tibetan Buddhism. Amongst the many areas of Buddhadharma is the nature of emptiness,or reality. The nature of pure consciousness plays its part too, in that all phenomena are seen directly as they really are, free of conceptual ideas.

Such an experience happened in 1999, when for a brief moment, it was like seeing everything, past, present, future, here, over there, I, not I, all dissolve into ...... all I can describe it as is a tiny moment of great infinity.

Arising from that was compassion, joy, wisdom, which permeates the whole of everything, throughout time and space.

I am currently writing a book based on it.
