Probably shouldn't be illegal, but there is definitely reason for a fashion police arrest! It is certainly sloppy and I can't believe any woman would find it attractive. The sight of over sized, baggy pants brings to mind: low class, lazy, slovenly habits. Ask yourself, would Hugh Hefner or James Bond wear such attire?

That's so dumb! I don't agree when guys where pants so big their boxers show, but I don't think it should be illegal. Maybe it should be illegal for guys to wear pants that are too tight though lol

I don't think it should be illegal, even though I hate them myself. When we see others wearing certain types of clothes, we automatically judge them. I don't think that's right. Although, I do understand the people making these laws, and I fully respect them.

I think that is absolutely stupid to do so. If that was the deal, then gothics shouldn't be allowed to wear all black, Hollister should be banned and so on. What we wear is one of the best ways of expressing ourselves. If someone wants to sagg their pants, thats their problem. The best you can do is tell 'em to slap on a belt, besides from that. They are making themselves look like an idiot.

People should have the freedom to wear what they want. If they continue taking rights away (what to eat, what to wear, whether we celebrate a holiday or not, etc)...we will be living like those in the Middle East
