you should try a tide-to-go pen. If that doesn't work. dab a bit of detergent onto the stain and leave it there for a bit, not too long. Then throw it in the washer so it can be removed. That usually works for me.

I always keep a pre-treatment in my laundry room (either spray or stick will do). Treat the stain as soon as you find it and let it sit for at least a number of hours - I just put it in the laundry basket until ready to do my regular laundry. Then launder as usual.

If it's an old stain, you might need to soak it in OxyClean. Use the directions on the tub.

Regardless of how you pre-treat, NEVER put a piece of clothing with a stain in the dryer - the heat will set the stain. When you take it out of the washer, double-check that the stain is gone before drying. If not, pre-treat and launder again.

Try using both the Dawn and heavy cream and it works great. If the stain seems to spread out as you use the heavy cream add a little to the water in the washer.

Usually an enzyme detergent will get it out. you can pour some peroxide on it and a few squirts of dawn detergent, and rub gently, and rinse. you might have to do it again.
Another one is to use dish washer detergent like cascade and rub that in and add dawn dish detergent and rinse.

Use "Dawn" dish soap on the spot, then wash it as you normally would. My 'Dry Cleaner' told me this many years ago, and it has worked.
