Declaration of Independence printing error NYT?

Question

New York Times printed the declaration of independence with two errors. Line 16 "en" is added to Repres^tative House and on line 34 "only" is added to repeated injury. Does anyone know why these two changes were made or can obtain a copy of that issue? They printed on July 4th, but I don't know which year.
