1 cm³ = 1 milli litre = 1ml
1 litre = 1000 ml = 1000 cm³
0.16 litres = .16 x 1000 = 160 cm³ or 160 ml
You can use it.

You can use that jar because:
1000 cm cubed=1 liter
because 1 cm cubed= 1 milliliter

1000 cm cubed=1 liter
? cm cubed=0.16 liters
160 cm cubed= 0.16 liters

So you can use that jar since 160>150.
