That tab is the Sharing tab of a file or folder. It doesn't have to be in English to know that it is shared or not shared, due to the picture of the hand holding the folder. The hand holding the photo means it is shared, as in a hand holding out a folder. Now, it is a Game Console or a game, because the only english says so. I don't know why it is in a different language. Perhaps you accidently downloaded a different languge pack? Check your language setting and see if it is correct. Are other items on your system also showing up in this language? If so then somehow the language has been changed. However, it is odd that the major portion is in this language and another portion is in english. Check your language pack and set it back to english if neccasary.
Go into Control Panel and enter "languages", without the parentheses, and hit search. Scroll down the list until you come to the entry "Reginal and Languages Options Overview", and also look through the list for other relevent material. Don't miss clicking on the boxes at the bottom which contains two other search lists, one for Full Match, and one for Microsoft Knowledge Base. You should find something here to get you started on fixing this issue.
If you get it down to a few things, or one, and still are not sure how to actually fix it, go to a Microsoft Newsgroup, a good one is Windows XP Administration and Security, which you can access here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups/reader.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin
To use a Microsoft Newsgroup you need a .Net Passport. You can easily get one at the sign in page, just follow the links and then provide the information requested.
Also, you can read any question in the Newsgroups you like, but you can't post questions or respond to posted questions, unless you sign up. This is easy to do too, you just provide a screen name, and follow the prompts and you will be good to go in moments.
Hope this helps some, good luck and have a nice evening.

this technique records itemizing is often limited to examining for non-administrator clients. that's how regulations are meant to artwork. the only reason to write right down to this technique records itemizing is to place in application, and an administrator is meant to try this. (in case you have a software that's no longer setting up application, and is attempting to write down there, this technique isn't written properly.)
