create an account on a website like www.etsy.com or www.ebay.com
etsy is full of people seeling their handmade art, jewlery, and other crafts that are unique and one-of-a-kind. ebay is, of course, the best place to sell just about anything that isn't made and sold by a manufacturer.

I started with a freebie website and Ebay. Then I graduated to a paid site and dropped Ebay.
I also used Etsy and Overstock auctions but didn't sell anything.

Try ebay. It is the easiest platform for a beginner to use. The setup is a walk through and there are plenty of hints and tips on the site as well. Good luck.
