Many SUV's and cars come with factory tint. The factory tint on SUV's is 15% VLT neutral .
High quality window films are available in neutral charcoal hues. Colored films are dyed films and will turn purple, fade , or yellow over time. So you get only a limited usage.
Dyed films are inexpensive $100, High performance films have metals and are usually $125-150. All metal and ceramic films that never fade or color change will be $150-400

I can answer your price question. I got 2 of my cars tinted at a popular local tint shop and it was only $120 each. Good quality tint too.

yes i think you can tint them to watever color you want. and i think it will cost maybe at most $250 for all windows.
in some countries/states they ave different rules on how dark you can make it and car companies also have how dark they can make it so a little research on the car that you are planning to buy can help you alot.

yes. you pretty much can tint it to any color you want. but in some states, it is illegal to have windows tinted too dark.

yes actually here in the Philippines (Metro Manila) we do have in an area in Quezon City wherein you can ask the personnel there to change it into a color that you wished to replace it. you can make it darker too to avoid carnappers and thieves who tries to still the stereos etc.. well maybe it costs around 1000+ PHP
