I've never seen one, but the animal I know can not vomit at all is the horse.

I have a rabbit and although I have never seen her do it, I am sure she could vomit.

Mine never did. He sang lovely tunes and had the hiccups once in a while but never did he vomit.

Yes, it is true. That is why it is important to feed them timothy hay. They need the roughage to pass the fur balls.
