Of course - you simply need a license/teaching certificate at those levels. Some fields (such as music) license as k-12; in other fields, you'd need multiple certificates (which might require multiple degrees).

The most likely place to find a need for a preK-12 teacher is a private school. They don't have the same licensing requirements in most states as do the public schools.
