How do i return a money order?

hi, i won an item of ebay and send out a money order, then later next week it came back to me in mail and it said that it was a wrong address, i contacted the seller and he gave the same address and told me to try again, i did but the same thing hapened so not i stuck with a money order, is there anyway i can return it? and where? and is there a time limit before returns?

the money order is not written in my name, so what do i do?

Take it back to where you bought it and tell them the money order was returned because the person canceled the deal .
Ask the place that sold it to you to convert it back .
( unless the pay to is Not filled in , then fill in your own name and deposit it in your bank account )

take it back to where you got it from and they will cash it for you.i don't think there's a time limit as long as it was not lost in the mail...good luck
