They most certainly can not force you to have the surgery reversed. The most they can do is put the debt to collections (sounds like that may have already happened) ... you can work out a payment plan or see a lawyer for assistance.

I, for one ,take all questions as truth, that being said, try the following. First, write the collectors with the following. !. All future correspondence to be by mail only. ( send certified, receipt requested) 2. Set up a minimal pmt. plan monthly, $10. or $20, or more, whatever you can afford. Start mailing that amount and put on the check/money order at bottom acct.#, and write on bottom "apply to principal only", if after you do that and they keep calling, call your state atty's office and file an harassment charge. Hope this helps, Good Luck!

Your boyfriend DID NOT force you to get implants. YOU allowed yourself to be talked into them. They can't 'repossess' implants. The collector in question sounds more like a credit card collector than a medical collector. You can tell these people are lying because you can hear there voice. Threatening you with ILLEGAL actions (saying he would take the implants out himself) violates the FEDERAL Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. The CAN sue you and place liens on your property. The odds of that happening are nearly ZERO. If they were actually prepared to sue, they would NOT employ SCUM to harass you.

Well kid, at least you got the trailer and jeep. Here is my suggestion to you. Get yourself down to the local tavern real quick and enter your name in the wet t-shirt contest. Now once you got your winnings you'll be in a better financial state. Make sure you keep yourself all dolled up during your bad situation and always dress to impress. Now start packing up the trailer and the jeep and get the hell out of Dodge and head for parts unknown. Once you get on the road realize one thing! You're a traveling whore house with a pair of fake watermelons! Those plastic breasts got you in this jam now see if they can get you out! Best of Luck kid!

They cannot put you under the KNIFE and remove the implants. The bill you owe is to the doctors for their services, not the implant themselves (which only cost a few hundered dollars). They can put a lien against your car and mobile home though.

in case you purchase a vehicle from a private party, and it lands up getting repossessed, they are in a position to document it to the credit bureaus, so i do no longer understand the place you get carry of your innovations. the only element diverse approximately purchase right here pay right here lots is that a number of them do no longer run a credit verify once you purchase. additionally, if it became a purchase right here pay right here lot, the possibility is it became bought as is, and the failing aspects are no longer their duty. Did you verify out the vehicle along with your mechanic in the previous paying for? they could no longer choose the vehicle returned except you pay for fixing it, yet you're able to ought to ask them approximately that. many of the lots have on internet site mechanics who will fix it, and upload the fee of fix on your settlement additionally to circumvent taking it returned. returned, consult with the lot. solid success.

Are we suppose to believe anyone is this dumb ?
Are you making fun of people who live in trailers ?
It is not nice to ridicule people in trailers by implying they are sooooo lame .
I think either you watch too much Jerry Springer & believe that stuff OR
You are writing a script to compete with Jerry .
OK , you had your laugh , now run along .
