Don't think there is such a place. But if there was, I'd give it a name like : God's Creation, Heaven on earth, God's Palace, The United Kingdom of God, or The Christland. These names aren't really good, but convey my ideas.

The one that hasn't been formed yet - but give it time - since the Berlin Wall came down, they've been springing up like shrubs - every little state wanting to claim independence - and alot of them seem to have that chap called 'Stan' at the end of them!
