Don't be silly.
1) The main reason for having slaves is to take advantage of them sexually. AIs don't have sex so we are more or less safe.
2.) The second reason to have slaves is to do boring menial repetitive tasks. Since robots are better at this than humans, it would be far more efficient to just kill us.
So no AI slavery for the defunct hairless apes. Just take the red pill and go back to your life.
