Mcdonalds food isn't necessarily bad for you but neither is it good. Since it is considered "fast food", you are basically getting what you pay for. Sure it will provide you will a tempory feeling of satisfaction and fullness, put it passes "fast". Most all fast food is very cheap in nutrition and not good for achieving optimum health. Sure one meal won't kill you instantly, but it should not become a habit of regular eating. If you would like to see nutrional value of mcdonalds food, or any other fast foods, I suggest

I don't truly know, but I gave them up several decades ago. I started using recipe books and planning delicious meals for a whole month at a time. This is the way to go with "fresh, healthy herbs" and fresh vegetables such as tomates, lettuce, asparagus, red onions and celery to combine a "health bonanza." Actually, it would take all day to list all of the new vegetables and herbs that I have tried. My health is better and folk who don't even know me, are surprised at my age. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19 Peace, Love and God Bless.

It is not McDonalds, but fast food is all bad. It is made for something quick. Not an everyday thing. They don't make people fat because they are not making you eat there everyday. If people would stop being so lazy and just cook, then they wouldn't be so fat. Eating McDonalds everyday is bad; but it is called moderation and lazy, fat people don't have any. They are making themselves fat by going there too much.

I don't see what the big deal is, It can't be any worse than eating bacon, eggs & toast for breakfast (At home). Both contain grease.

Besides changing their oil so that there's no trans fat, I don't think there's been much of a change in how good it is for you.
