i grew up with 5 brothers they were all the
the adventures that Patterson wrote about,,
my favorite reading ,,is author's like Sidney Sheldon
full of suspense and i love the way he expresses himself
through the magic of his hands,,,immaculate,,he does not
leave the reader bored as all his characters he writes and his stories makes you feel some where i have heard or lived that before,,,same for Pat Conroy he writes the reality full of
passion..i have read so many books,and i will be the last person to say i did not appreciate reading eighter one
as reading is an escape to sooth and open the mind too...
as
Carol's famous ,fairy tale,,Alice in Wonderland
escaping from her window of realities into the curiosities
with the mad hater,,,hand in hand. Yes
so i will say my favorite women author will be the
Controversial WRITINGS of past journalist,,Oriana Fallaci
i loved her insight it drove me to Think...
taught me to stand up...and fight and she fought
for the truth and the rights of man,,,and politics and love
in man in women,,, read that book [A MAN]

He is one whose books I will always take out if I see them on the new fiction shelf at the library. Several of his recurring characters, like Alex Cross and Lindsay Boxer, always make good tales (although sometimes the plot twists are a little far-fetched like the last death in the Sixth Target).
I don't think that he really writes all of them. I think when he has the name of a co-author there with his, that other person came up with the idea and did all the hard work of writing. He probably tweaked it up since he knows what to do to be a best seller and let them use his name to get onto the Best-Seller list.

I read his books as they come out, but I don't have a favorite.

I just finished "Beach Road" Seem he always has a helper,wonder why. Peter De Jonge helped him with that one.
