My own recipe of albacore tuna patties. Fried at your command or lean for sailor's who prefer light. Either way it is often on the menu as a dish by the sea is is Pres favorite delight.

I have two specialties: fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, milk gravy, and green beans spiked with chopped onions and bacon grease, and pan-fried T-bone steaks with french fries and a lettuce, tomato, green pepper, cucumber, shredded cheese, and olive salad with a choice of dressing. I would choose one of these.

Probably chicken and rice or potatoes. If it were spur of the moment, he'd have to make do with pasta. I'd be willing to bet he'd like meatloaf.

Like any good host I would try to find out ahead of time what he likes and make something appropriate.
It would be an honor to host such a dinner.
