I have two specialties: fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, milk gravy, and green beans spiked with chopped onions and bacon grease, and pan-fried T-bone steaks with french fries and a lettuce, tomato, green pepper, cucumber, shredded cheese, and olive salad with a choice of dressing. I would choose one of these.
